The interior decòr of Rezdora pasta fast food in New York is conceived as a classic-modern atmosphere characterized by a warm and cozy setting with minimalist and contemporary design and numerous references to the past and to the memory.
The design with the use of primary Italian furniture companies ensures the highest quality to the spaces in which will be consumed a pasta of equally high quality.
Italy in the world is notoriously sinónimo of design and excellent cooking, these aspects must have the same importance in a format like Rezdora.
The proposed furniture is modern with a classic vein, there are references to the years '60 -'70 design that are the golden period of artisan pasta in Italy because at the time was still alive the tradition of rezdora combined with the growing economic and social development.
The colors used are in compliance with the short supplied, in addition to creating a warm and friendly atmosphere reminiscent of the ‘70s and the typical Italian trattoria of the same period, with hexagonal porcelain stoneware flooring X-Gone made by Ceramic Mirage and orange coating on the bottom of the self-service zone with baked enamel three-dimensional Esagona tiles by Tagina ceramics. The counter is made of white ceramic-coated supports, the same material of the dishes hanging on the opposite wall, another reminder of the old taverns where the handmade pasta by rezdora were served. The dish becomes an icon on which the company logo is repeated and no longer considered as of functional utility. At the same way the wooden rolling pin that is associated with the figure of rezdora, turns into the counter coating and becoming a serial icon and as a simbol of tradition that reborns in a contemporary way.
The customer area is mainly constituted by high stools of various manufacturers including Kartell, Kristalia and Pedrali, all of yellow color and characterized by soft geometries according to the many forms that take the different types of pasta. The low tables are placed in line in front of the long bench in green faux leather; on the back some jars of aromatic plants are placed as well as replicated in the entrance flowerpot and under the long-shelf wooden table at the window overlooking the outside.
Lighting is obtained with Pedrali plastic lamps that looks like terracotta pots and minimalist spotlights of iGuzzini built in the ceiling. A heating lamp is present on the take-away area.
On dark brown background wall a large window allows overlooking the preparation area and a large black and white photo reminiscent of the tradition of rezdore in emilia.

The workshop with the machine for the production of pasta is placed in a central location and is visible to New Yorkers passing-by and to the waiting customers and becomes a small theatre performing the show of food production served in the premises.
This project analyzes the specialized aspects considering variability of the location. However it proposes an easily architecture adaptable to different contexts in which the format may be realized. These aspects will be subsequently studied and developed following the proposed guidelines in the executive step
